Standard UK Delivery
All orders should be expected to arrive within 2-5 working days however, delivery times are not guaranteed. All orders outside our local delivery area are shipped using the Royal Mail. Shipping takes place Monday - Friday.

RETURN POLICY
We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible matches the plant as it appears on our website, in the size you have chosen. As with all living things, there are some variations in size, shape and colour.
If you’re unhappy with your plant for any reason, contact us within 14 days explaining the issue and pictures. We ensure all of our plants are of a healthy standard upon leaving our shop. We are happy to accept the return of other goods within 21 days of purchase and provided that they are in the same condition that they were sent in. We are unable to cover the cost of posting returns
​If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged parcel, please take photos before and after opening, to assist us with any claims.
